India Challenge

Participation conditions:

• The contest is held from the 23th of January, 2012 to the 23th of July, 2012, including the clients from India.
• To participate in the contest, one should complete the registration process. Registration is available during the whole contest period.
  Each participant can register for the contest any number of trading accounts such as REALForex, LITEForex and Floating Spread, to increase the winning chances in the final contest. PAMM-accounts cannot particapate in the contest.
• After registration, each account should be deposited with an amount no less than $ 300, so that the account was able to qualify for the final draw.
  The number of replenishments during the contest period is not limited; the necessary condition is to fund an account with an amount equals to or above $ 300 after registering an account for the contest.
• 4 In order to let the account participate in the final contest, it is required to execute at least 20 real lots * (1 lot = 100 000 $) from the deposit date till the end of the contest.
  * For accounts such as Floating Spread, volume of 1 lot is 10 times less than the amount of REAL lot.
  ** For accounts such as LITEForex, volume is 100 times less times less than the amount of REAL lot.
• Trading Instruments - all the trading instruments provided by LiteForex Group of Companies, except for CFD - NYSE STOCKS (CFD - NYSE STOCKS are allowed for trading, however, volume gained from trading in such instruments will not be taken into consideration).
• Participants can use trading advisors or any other trading strategies with no restrictions sticking nevertheless to the «Terms of use» and «Agreement on Quoting System and Transactions Procedure».
• LiteForex Group of Companies reserves the right to refuse in registration and disqualify the participant without explanations. The reasons for disqualification can be the following:
  
  • breach or violation of the rules of the contest;
  • breach or violation of public offer agreement-«Terms of use» and «Agreement on Quoting System and Transactions Procedure»;
  • big volume locked orders opened on different trading accounts approximately at the same time on the same currency pairs;
  • using the failure in quotation flow for getting the guaranteed profit;
  • creating several client's profiles by one individual

Winners and prizes

• Account holders completed the paragraphs 1.3 and 1.4 - fund their trading accounts with an amount more than $ 300 after registration and executed thereafter at least 20 lots, will reach the final and take part in prize drawing (in the final lottery).
• To participate in the final lottery, contestants should verify their profile fully (full pass verification). LiteForex Group of Companies has the right to request any additional identification data when calculating the prize.
• Among the participants who fulfill the conditions of the contest, there will be held the lottery as a result of which in July-August, 2012 will be awarded:
  • Motorcycle Royal Enfield (Desert Storm) 500cc
  • Motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 180 DTS-i
  • Smartphone Samsung Galaxy
  • Netbook Asus
• Each winner can claim only one prize. If the name of the same party will be announced in the final re-drawing, the procedure for determining the winner must be repeated.
• The date of final lottery will be announced after the end of the contest.
  
• All prizes including the first prize are material objects and are not subject to exchange for other items, services, or money.
• The organizer does not provide technical support and insurance considering the prize, and is not responsible for any problems concerning prize condition and its transportation.
• The organizer does not pay any fees for registration and of the motorbikes with the government and environmental fees.
• All the prizes, including the first prize, are free of charge by Organizer. The Prizes will be sent to Winners within 14 business days after the final lottery.
• LiteForex Group of Companies has the right to change the contest terms at any time without any notice.
• Winners are invited to participate in LiteForex's advertising and marketing actions such as interviews, photo-and video-reportages, and press releases concerning the contest. At the same time LiteForex commits itself not to divulge winner's private information (including name and surname) without winner's consent. Should a winner refuse to participate in these actions, LiteForex group of companies reserves the right to change the composition of the winners' list and award the prize to the participant occupying the next place in the final rating.
