WTI

Oil middle-term trend reversed downwards. Yesterday Target Zone [55.80 – 55.57] was outbroken. So, the next decreasing target is Target Zone 2 [53.55 – 53.32].

Let’s detail the situation in the shorter timeframe. The short-term trend is also downward. After TZ outbreak, sell target is Gold Zone [54.67 – 54.56].

The key resistance is Intermediary Zone [56.37 – 56.26]. When it is reached, we look for sales with the target of GZ.

We will buy WTI again if traders outbreak IZ and close the price above. In this case the target will be upper Target Zone [57.61 – 57.38].

Today's trading tips for oil:

Sell in Intermediary Zone [56.37 – 56.26]. TakeProfit: Gold Zone [54.67 – 54.56]. StopLoss: at Stop Zone [56.87 – 56.82].

XAUUSD

Gold continues trading in the range.

According to shorter margin zones, the short-term trend is downward. Yesterday the key resistance, Intermediary Zone [1283.2 – 1282.0], was tested. American session closed the price below. Today, when sell pattern appears, we will sell the metal and hold up sells down to Target Zone [1263.7 – 1261.3].

In case there is no sell pattern, there can be IZ outbreak and closing the price above. If so, then we will look for purchases up to upper TZ [1296.6 – 1294.2].

It is also should be borne in mind, that gold is trading flat, so I recommend reducing the risks or not doing anything at all until the situation clears up (for example, any Target Zone is reached).

Today's trading tips for gold:

Sell in Intermediary Zone [1283.2 – 1282.0]. Take Profit: Target Zone [1263.7 – 1261.3]. StopLoss: 1286.5.

XAGUSD

Silver middle-term trend is downward. Short positions targets are level 16.61 and Target Zone 2 [16.26 – 16.20].

Yesterday, at American trading session, the key resistance, Intermediary Zone [17.09 – 17.06], was tested within the short-term downtrend. Finally, the session closed the price below. So, I recommend looking for the precious metal sells with the target of lower Target Zone [16.65 – 16.59].

Silver, like gold, is trading flat and that can continue quite long. In such situations, it is better to reduce the risks and look for reliable trading signals. An alternative scenario, buys in case of IZ outbreak, can well be available.

Today's trading tips for silver:

  1. Don’t close sells in Intermediary Zone [17.20 – 17.17]. TakeProfit: Target Zone [16.65 – 16.59]. StopLoss: at breakeven.
  2. Sell in Intermediary Zone [17.09 – 17.06]. TakeProfit: Target Zone [16.65 – 16.59]. StopLoss: 17.18.

IZ - Intermediary Zone: responsible for changing the priority direction of the price movement.

TZ - Target Zone: a zone that, with a probability of 75%, will be reached after the breakdown of the IZ.

GZ - Gold Zone: zone in the medium-term impulse.

SZ - Stop Zone: point of Stop Loss setting, selected statistically.

All zones are calculated based on the average daily price of the instrument and margin requirements of the futures.
