Canada’s current account balance fell less-than-expected last month, official data showed on Thursday.

In a report, Statistics Canada said that Canada’s current account balance fell to a seasonally adjusted -11.9B, from -12.0B in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -12.4B.

Analysts had expected Canada’s current account balance to fall -12.0B last month.
