Chinese authorities continue combating cryptocurrency trading. The Government announced to look for and ban the access to “to websites and mobile apps that offer cryptocurrency exchange-like services”, Bloomberg reports, referring to knowledgeable sources.
Thus, China will block the access to domestics and foreign cryptocurrency platforms that allow centralized trading. At the same time, it is not clear, how such platforms will be classified by the authorities.
Besides, the authorities will target individuals and companies, providing settlement and clearing services, except for small P2P transactions.
Moreover, at the beginning of the year, China’s government announced some orders to limit exponential growth of mining industry. Such aggressive authorities’ policy has already made some mining giants leave the country.
